Refund policy

Returns within 14 days, for faulty or damaged items

Every Toyio figure and game is checked before it leaves our studio in Bahrain. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damaged in shipping, or as the wrong item, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

• Email us at play@gotoyio.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the issue.
• Keep the item, the box and all packaging as you received them.
• If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions and arrange the return shipping. Items sent back without a confirmed return cannot be accepted.

We do not accept returns for a change of mind, as our figures are limited editions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to show it.
