Shipping policy

Every Toyio order ships from our studio in Manama, Bahrain.

Shipping cost

You pay the carrier's rate to your country, nothing added. The exact amount depends on your address and the weight of your order, and is shown at checkout before you pay. This applies to Bahrain, the GCC and the rest of the world.

When your order ships

• Safiya and Carrom Sling are in stock and leave the studio once your order is confirmed.
• Hamoor is on pre-order (Batch 3) and is expected to ship in November 2026. If your order has Hamoor and an in-stock item, the in-stock item ships first and Hamoor follows.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as each parcel ships.

Customs and duties

Orders outside Bahrain may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping and are paid by the recipient.
